Karen G. Conner

Karen is Director of Academic Innovation for the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary. She earned her PhD, from the School of Education, majoring in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership in Higher Ed and has worked closely with faculty since 2005, most recently leveraging generative AI in teaching and learning. Her research interests include online student connectedness, digital learning, and SoTL (Scholarship of Teaching and Learning). She received her BBA in Computer Information Systems and her MBA with a concentration in Information Security from James Madison University. Karen enjoys living in Williamsburg, Virginia, with her husband, Larry Munnikhuysen, and their dog Abby.
